Usage: BG1344 four layers roller veneer dryer is the dedicated equipment for plywood board core veneer, it consists 8~20 section heating and drying chamber, 2~4 section cooling chamber, 2 sets of independent speed regulating drive system, feed roller table, de-humidity system, and output belt conveyor (or output roller table). This equipment suits for the drying condition of first peeling and shearing then drying.

Characteristics:

1. The machine is straight-through type horizontal circulation roller veneer dryer, the heat circulation mode design have referred Europe advanced dryer technology advantage, adopt upright distribution of volute centrifugal fan(the flow  reach to 45000~62000 m3/h).

2. New type heat exchanger and rectangle variable cross section spray chamber let the high speed sprayed airflow to the veneer surface uniformly. The air heater distribution for the front and back section heating chamber are separated, so as the veneer after drying can reach same final moisture content.

3. To suit the humid tropics whether conditions, this equipment lengthen the cooling section length, this is good for the drying veneers cooling, and reduces the damped phenomenon.
